Early in October the Visual Arts Tour descends on downtown Spokane, WA.

The highlight in recent years has been Terrain, a multidisciplinary multimedia art

extravaganza and one night party, that draws out people of varied backgrounds.

Those that visit this event have their own personal interactions with the art.

Which varies from finger pointing to unabashed stares.

Close up it might not seem like much.

But, there seems to be some sort of draw for each sector of this small city.
