Occupy Spokane

On October 15th the Occupy Spokane Movement held 

a rally and protest in downtown Spokane, WA.

It was a fairly tame and well organized affair with 

people from a number of different organizations.

The protesters marched between the Chase and Citi Bank buildings staying 

mainly on the side walks, but had brief incursion on to private property.

The only police presents during this event were the two cops 

working as private security for the Apple Store.

There seemed to be a variety of different agendas within

the protesting group, but  they didn't try to compete with each other.

As a whole non participants ignored the gathered mass, though

a few cars passing by honked in with sense of passing solidarity.

The whole thing ended with a group promise to return 

every Friday and Saturday until things change.
